This exercise and strength training program was designed exclusively for older adults by Geri-Fit, and helps rebuild strength that's been lost through the aging process to help ensure a higher level of function as we age. Following videos and coached by a trained coach, the classes combine strength and balance training. Have fun with others while exercising mainly in a chair with weights; there's no dancing or floor work. Bring 2 or 3 lb weights if you have them; some will be provided. Registration required, please register for the first (January 6th) session only, which signs you up for the whole series.
